When you request a quote, build a plan, or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, the services you are interested in, and any notes or photos you include. If you call or text, we keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time of your visit. We use this to keep the site running and to understand how it is used in aggregate.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, price the work, schedule it, and perform it.
• To send invoices, reminders about scheduled visits, and follow-ups about your plan.
• To tell you about seasonal services or offers, if you have asked us to. You can opt out any time by replying to any message or emailing us.
• To improve the website and our services.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our email delivery service, scheduling and invoicing software, and website hosting. These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies and storage

This site uses your browser's local storage to remember small preferences, such as whether you have already seen our new-customer offer during a visit. We do not use advertising trackers. Your browser settings let you clear or block this storage.

Retention

We keep customer and job records for as long as you are a customer and for as long as needed afterward for tax, insurance, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time; we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing contact@maclanepowerwashing.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is intended for homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
